Join the AFPHS Recognition Program

State and local public health departments are encouraged to enroll in the AFPHS Recognition Program and complete the steps necessary to be recognized as an Age-Friendly Public Health System. TFAH welcomes new partners to advance AFPHS and improve older adult health and well-being at the national, state, and local levels. 

Health departments that desire to enroll in the Program should send an email to afphs@tfah.org and designate a point of contact.
