Hartford Foundation. Their conversation explores the future of healthy aging and the Foundation’s vision for advancing age-friendly care, supporting family caregivers, and improving systems that serve older adults. Dr. Gracia and Ms. Snyder also discuss the importance of cross-sector collaboration among public health, healthcare, philanthropy, and community organizations, as well as opportunities to strengthen the role of public health in helping people age well. Looking ahead, they consider the investments, partnerships, and policy changes needed to build age-friendly systems that are prepared to meet the needs of a growing older population.
