Hartford Foundation and a long-time champion for changing the landscape of health and aging, discussing the age-friendly public health movement with TFAH President and CEO Dr. J. Nadine Gracia, the host of the podcast series. Future guests will include prominent partners from the fields of public health and aging, as well as noted academic experts and representatives from governmental public health agencies who will share their insights and learnings on how we, as a nation, can best create a system that supports older adult health and creates an environment for health across the life course.
