March 2026 AFPHS Training

The Caring for Caregivers (C4C) Program at the Center for Excellence in Aging at Rush University uses an evidence-based framework to improve care for older adults and their caregivers through education, resources, and support. C4C focuses on what matters most to caregivers by helping them develop a plan that supports their physical and emotional health and well-being, while also incorporating the care needs and preferences of the older adult. The March AFPHS training will highlight how public health professionals can use this framework to better support caregivers in their communities.
